You can always return an item purchased online within 30 calendar days of receiving the package, provided it has not been used and its original packaging, presentation, and consumer properties are intact. Please note that return delivery to the warehouse may take 5-7 business days. Returns are only possible for items in their original condition (packaging and tags). Used items will not be accepted.
Refund Period
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of successful acceptance of the parcel at the returns warehouse, after the item has been inspected and entered into the payment register. It is not recommended to use salary or social security cards if payment was made through another method. *Returns are only possible for items purchased from the Multi Royalmart online store.
