1. Returns Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to health, safety, or logistical reasons:
Perishable goods, food, cosmetics, and personal care products.
Custom-made, personalized, or final sale/clearance merchandise.
Downloadable software products or digital gift cards.
3. Return Shipping & Forwarding Disclaimer
Please review our shipping conditions carefully before initiating a return:
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warehouse Returns: If your order was delivered to our US forwarding warehouse (4059 Skyron Dr, Doylestown, PA 18902), the return period begins from the day the package was logged at the warehouse. Multi Royalmart is not responsible for items delayed or lost by third-party international shipping services after they leave our facility.
4. Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or account balance). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number along with clear unboxing photos or video evidence to fast-track your replacement or refund.
