4. Shipment Tracking
Once your package leaves our fulfillment facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Address Changes: We can only update or correct your shipping address if the order has not yet been handed over to the courier. Please contact our support team immediately if you notice an error in your delivery details.
Unclaimed Packages / Wrong Address: Multi Royalmart is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer, or if the package remains unclaimed at the local post office.

Because items are shipped directly from our international operations facility, packages may occasionally be subject to standard import custom inspections. For the vast majority of consumer retail orders shipped to the US, no extra duties apply under the de minimis threshold. However, the buyer remains responsible for any unexpected local import taxes or customs clearance fees if they arise.
